By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.I. GENERAL TERMS
I have the right to refuse any commissions for my own personal reasons. I will not be accepting commissions that include female characters or things that stray too far from bara characters. Heavily clothed/armored characters will most likely be refused but am willing to work out a deal. I refuse to draw any complex machinery and overly complex/intricate artificial designs.

All commissions must be paid upfront in full, payment options are PayPal or Venmo ONLY.
Payment cannot be refunded once I reach past the sketch phase.
Any additional detail not discussed from the start will cost extra according to my price sheetIII. PROCESS
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to wait whatever the necessary amount of time I need to finish my pieces. I will periodically update via Trello. Deadlines cannot always be met depending on various situations in my life, which I will update you on, but under no circumstances will you bug me 24/7 for it.IV. COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY
I have all the rights to the finished pieces, not the commissioner, meaning I can use it for self promotion, display, and whatever I want with it. The commissioner is allowed to use the art I created for their own personal use except for these following actions; making money off the art, making alterations w/o my consent, and taking credit for the creation of the art.
